Online Marketplace Products

To bring a wider range of products and options to our valued customers, we have introduced our new “Online Marketplace”. These items are not available in our Albion Park Rail store and are fulfilled by their individual suppliers.  Be sure to read all product details including dimensions.

“Online Marketplace” products are not included in our standard shipping terms and may take 20 days to arrive, dependent upon the shipping carrier (in rare instances, up to 40 days). Please note your order may arrive in multiple packages from different carriers. Tracking information will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Marketplace Returns Policy

If the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, incorrectly labelled or is significantly different from what was originally shown or described to you, it is our aim and desire to work cooperatively with you to achieve a prompt and suitable solution for all parties. We will contact the supplier on your behalf and liaise directly with them.

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the product/s to discuss. Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refund or exchange if you order incorrect items, quantities or simply change your mind.
