Ordering

Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you? 

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I /create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be processed?

We try to process all orders within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays may be experienced during Holiday periods.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Delivery times depend upon the shipping you select at the checkout. Usually, standard shipping is within 5-7 business days.

Where does Fluid Art Supplies ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide with selected items available internationally.

What are Fluid Art Supplies' shipping costs?

Shipping costs are dependent upon your order weight and your location and start from only $9.35.

Free delivery is available on orders over $99. Heavy, bulky items are excluded though, and will incur a shipping fee. This is noted on each product listing. We will email you an invoice for shipping once your order is placed. 

Bulky items - Bulky items like Canvas, Easels, Resin & some other items, will incur an additional shipping charge. This fee depends on the item & is charged by cubic measurement and delivery location. In some cases we will not be able to ship to some remote areas for large items, in this case you be contacted for an agreeable extra cost or the sale will be canceled & refunded.

Free local pickup is available from Albion Park Rail NSW by appointment and local delivery from $5 within 10klms of Albion Park Rail.

How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. PO Boxes cannot be delivered to.

There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order. Please contact our team and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you had received a defective item from us. Please contact our team with a photo of the product and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact our team and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

I’ve purchased the wrong product.

If you have selected the wrong product, please contact us to send it back. The customer must pay the return postage fee.

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Kindly email our team if you have not received your parcel after 12 business days and we will assist you accordingly.

Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

Yes. If you have incorrectly entered your address and the package is sent back to us, a redelivery fee will be charged at the courier’s rate.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher from Fluid Art Supplies?

Yes. We offer Gift Vouchers from $20. Gift Vouchers are emailed at the time of purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can redeem a gift voucher at the checkout.

Policies

What is your returns policy?

We work in accordance with all Australian Consumer Laws to ensure your rights are upheld. If the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, incorrectly labelled or is significantly different from what was originally shown or described to you, it is our aim and desire to work cooperatively with you to achieve a prompt and suitable solution for all parties.

Please email us with your order number and a photo of the product/s to discuss. Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refund or exchange if you order incorrect items, quantities or simply change your mind.

Return postage is provided at the buyers expense.

Creative Kids Vouchers

I have a Creative Kids NSW Voucher. Do you accept these and if so, how do I pay with it?

Creative Kids NSW Vouchers can be used for purchasing art supplies or a Workshop ticket. They can only be utilised once per calendar year. Fluid Art Supplies Creative Kids vouchers can only be used for bundles/packs that are part of one of our Creative Kids online workshops/programs.
