However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

We try to process all orders within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Delays may be experienced during Holiday periods.
Delivery times depend upon the shipping you select at the checkout. Usually, standard shipping is within 5-7 business days.

Free delivery is available on orders over $99. Heavy, bulky items are excluded though, and will incur a flat shipping fee of $15. This is noted on each bulky product listing.
Bulky items - Bulky items like Canvas, Easels, Resin & some other items, will incur an additional shipping charge. This fee depends on the item & is charged by cubic measurement and delivery location. In some cases we will not be able to ship to some remote areas for large items, in this case you be contacted for an agreeable extra cost or the sale will be canceled & refunded.
Free local pickup is available from Albion Park Rail NSW by appointment and local delivery from $5 within 10klms of Albion Park Rail.
We ship both with our Courier Networks and Australia Post. You can choose which carrier you would like at the checkout. Please note: All Epoxy Resin products must go via Courier.
