“It’s not just about creativity. It’s about the person you’re becoming while you’re creating.” — Charlie Peacock
We are a small, family run business located in Albion Park Rail, NSW. We’re working very hard to bring the best products, products that I use and recommend, to all fluid artists in Australia.
As we grow, our product inventory will grow.
If you have a product you’ve created, or would like to suggest a product, get in touch so we can discuss.
We will also be adding more video tutorials in the coming months demonstrating fluid art techniques and testing out new products.
Fluid Art has brought so much into my life.
I had been a Graphic Designer for over 20+ years and was craving new creative challenges.
Paint pouring came at the right time.
One of my closest friends had sadly passed away and paint pouring provided not only a creative outlet, but one where I could escape and lose myself. I saw a paint pouring video on social media, and my life took a new direction.
I had always wanted to learn to paint, and this fun and messy-looking art form really connected with me.
From learning the basics, failing many times, and trying again, I became addicted to pouring pretty quickly! I started selling my artwork and working on commissions, and started to branch out to create abstract artwork with brushes and tools.
Next up I was dabbling in Alcohol Inks and then diving into the wonderful world of Resin Art. Soon I was hosting Paint Pouring workshops locally and they instantly became very popular. I stopped taking on graphic design projects and my workshops became a full time job.
Nowadays, I not only teach locally, but I also regularly travel hundreds of kms to teach Paint Pouring and Resin Art to beginners and experienced artists.
When COVID-19 pandemic hit, like many others in the event industry, I wasn’t able to run my workshops as I had before. I had been selling art supplies at my workshops and soon decided to step it up a notch... or 10.
I was always frustrated at having to purchase paint pouring and resin and supplies from multiple websites. Researching which products I needed, which stores sold them, and their prices. I spent a great deal of time on the internet (not to mention, dollars as well!) and not enough time creating!I wanted to create a one-stop-shop where pour painting enthusiasts, just like myself, could purchase fluid art supplies from the one place. Not having to spend time searching and spending extra $$ on multiple shipping fees. More time pouring right?
