Global Colours Professional Polyurethane Gloss Varnish provides a clear protective coating with maximum resistance to water, chemicals, solvents, oils, alcohols and abrasion protection.

It is a clear, glossy, non- yellowing, quick-drying permanent medium and is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. It may be used on wood and all non-flexible surfaces and mixed with Professional Acrylics to increase gloss and film hardness. Do not dilute.

Evenly apply using a soft broad brush layering off in the direction of the wood grain or paint. Allow to dry for several hours between coats. Do not apply more than 3 coats in one day. Dry time may vary 2 to 4 hours depending on weather conditions. For water and alcohol resistance, apply 3 coats. Do not use over oil-based products or on flexible substrates. If the substrate is flexible, we recommend Gloss Medium & Varnish. May be sanded gently after drying for 24 hours. Allow minimum of 2 weeks to fully cure. Minimum film form temperature is 12°C. Wear suitable protective clothing as this product has adhesive qualities. Clean up with soap and water without delay.
